A well-established law firm located in Annapolis, MD, is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join its Corporate and Commercial Real Estate Transactions practice. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate law, and financial transactions. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with experience representing lenders and handling transactional closings.Duties:
Handle commercial real estate transactions, corporate legal matters, and financial deals.Represent clients in lender transactions and manage the closing process.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of legal documents including contracts and agreements related to real estate and corporate transactions.Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on complex transactional matters.Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.Conduct thorough legal research to support the firm’s clients in their corporate and real estate endeavors.Maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.Requirements:
0-4 years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate law, and financial transactions.Experience in lender representation and managing closings.Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.Strong client-service orientation.Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:
Admission to the Maryland Bar (D.C. Bar and/or VA Bar preferred but not required).Skills:
Superior legal drafting and contract negotiation skills.Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Job Location:
