Handle corporate and real estate transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, and financing.Provide legal advice to clients on commercial and residential real estate matters.Collaborate with closely held and family-owned businesses on legal structuring, compliance, and transactional work.Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and agreements related to corporate and real estate transactions.Work independently and in conjunction with senior attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.Develop strong client relationships and maintain open lines of communication throughout legal matters.Participate in building and expanding a personal book of business.Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law and real estate transactional practice.Active or eligible license to practice law in Maine.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.Enthusiasm for learning and working collaboratively with senior attorneys.Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in the state of Maine or eligibility for admission promptly.Skills:

Strong analytical and research capabilities.Effective negotiation and contract drafting skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.Excellent client interface and relationship-building skills.Job Location:
