Handle corporate and business transactions, including company formation, contract drafting, and mergers and acquisitions.Advise clients on real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.Provide legal services related to trust and estate administration, including drafting and managing estate planning documents.Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies for clients' business and transactional needs.Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents related to business, real estate, and estate matters.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance on legal matters.Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate/business transactions, real estate transactions, or trust and estate matters.Strong knowledge of relevant legal principles and regulations.Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:

Active license to practice law in the State of California, in good standing.Skills:
