Duties:

Lead and oversee structured securities offerings, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements. Advise and represent clients in diverse real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, restructuring, complex financing, and property development. Provide strategic insights on real estate finance and investment portfolio structuring to support client goals. Collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless and efficient transaction processes. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support the execution of sophisticated financial transactions and compliance standards. Requirements:

At least 6 years of experience in managing structured securities offerings, with a focus on commercial real estate. Expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions, and property dispositions. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and best practices in real estate investment and transaction structuring. Experience with a reputable law firm, preferably within the AmLaw 100. Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution. Certifications:
