As a member of our brand & creative team, you will design and automate campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand and business. Our ideal candidate blends a passion for creativity, a collaborative spirit, and confidence. In this designer role, you will directly contribute to high-impact design campaigns and creative executions across channels to build the DraftKings brand with our audience.What you'll do as Designer, iGaming

Collaborate with Copywriters, Art Directors, Designers, and Project Managers to create assets for various channels, including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM, with a focus on online casino promotions.

Design and automate templates and campaigns using automation tools to streamline daily workflows related to online casino marketing.

Execute creative vision in partnership with the Creative Director and Design Director, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic goals for online gaming.

Develop promotional assets such as videos, landing pages, logos, digital banners, and emails, applying strong design principles (color, typography, layout, usability) specifically tailored for the online casino audience.

Enforce quality assurance by collaborating with vendors to ensure high standards for all outsourced digital assets related to online casino campaigns.

Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies within the online casino space to innovate and engage our audience.

Maintain a “player-to-player” connection that resonates with our target audience and enhances brand engagement for our online casino offerings.

What you'll bring

Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with at least 2 years of relevant experience, agency experience is a plus.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator); Figma experience and automation tools are a plus.

Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Portfolio showcasing relevant work and demonstrating a strong understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential, and social), with a focus on the online casino industry.

Attention to Detail with a proven ability to create award-winning creative work for major B2C brands.

Experience working with licensing and a knowledge of online gaming is preferred but not required.
