The Supplier Diversity Analyst is responsible for supporting these objectives in collaboration with the Supplier Diversity Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advocate for integration of supplier diversity into procurement policies and procedures.Represent the corporation at industry events, supplier diversity forums, and networking opportunities to promote the corporation's commitment to supplier diversity.Manage the supplier diversity compliance portal. Assists new and existing suppliers with registering and completing applicable requirements.Actively reviews supplier profiles and promptly responds to inquiries.Attend post-award meetings with project managers, contractors and subcontractors to explain compliance requirements and conduct post-award compliance reviews.Assist in the preparation of reports and maintain current information on federal and state laws, rules, and regulations relative to minority, women, disabled, and veteran-owned business development.Prepare and distribute scheduled and ad hoc compliance reports.Monitor all subcontractor participation on all contracts, including reviewing purchase orders and invoices to foster utilization and ensure federal compliance.Examine existing contract practices to detect and correct barriers for minority, women, disabled, and veteran-owned business participation.Analyze procurement and other data to make recommendations for program improvement.Reviews third-party contracts and purchase requisitions for compliance with the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise and minority, women, veteran, and disability-owned business programsUpdate supplier diversity internet and intranet content.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's baccalaureate degree in business, public administration, purchasing, economics, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.Supplier Diversity, Diversity and Inclusion program, data analyst, or contract compliance experience 0-3 yearsFederal regulatory experience is desired but not required.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
