Accounting Manager
for their facility in Memphis, TN.
Key Responsibilities
:Lead accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy and compliancePrepare financial statements per GAAP and IFRS standardsLead budgeting, forecasting, and monitor financial performanceOversee general ledger, tax compliance, and cost accountingDevelop and maintain internal controls; manage audit processesManage ERP systems, drive process efficiencies, support 401k and payroll functionsProvide direct management to three direct reportsQualifications
:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred7+ years of accounting experience4+ years in leadership or management roleManufacturing industry background is required.Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledgeExpertise in ERP (SAP, Oracle or similar), finance/accounting software (Great Plains preferred) and Excel.
Our Client Offers:
Base salary in the 85k-100k rangeBonus incentivesCompetitive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401k match, PTO, and more.
Pay Details:
$85,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
