SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies throughout the organization. They will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, tools, systems, and train interview teams. This position will also collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding efforts.Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement talent acquisition strategies to find top talent and assess candidatesCollaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions and align recruitment efforts with business objectivesOptimize and improve the end-to-end talent acquisition process to hire talent that fits with the needs of today and of the future.Develop standardized processes & tools and implement best practices on interviewing and talent selectionTrain interview teams on process, tools and talent selectionRecruit and conduct hiring process for higher level positionsPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions/profiles.Contribute to the development and enhancement of the organization’s employer brand to attract top talentManage recruitment technology, systems, tools and vendor relationshipsUtilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identifying areas for improvementManage, coach and develop recruiter(s)Conduct regular audits of hiring processes and practicesQualificationsBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business or related field5+ years of talent acquisition within manufacturing or distributionExperience in talent acquisition program development and executionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in the use of talent acquisition systems, social media platforms and professional networksA team player with a positive mindset
