A law firm seeks a qualified Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Colorado. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience who are eager to work in a collaborative and dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills and be adept at managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines.DutiesHandle a variety of litigation matters from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and prepare legal documents.Draft pleadings, motions, and other essential litigation materials.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.Collaborate with senior attorneys and participate in trial preparation.Attend court hearings and assist with trial proceedings as necessary.RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the Colorado State Bar.2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or legal setting preferred.Trial experience is desirable but not required.EducationJuris Doctorate from an accredited institution.CertificationsActive membership in the Colorado State Bar Association.SkillsStrong analytical, research, and writing capabilities.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Proficient in legal research tools and software.
