Duties
Draft and negotiate loan agreements and related documents. Review corporate and real estate due diligence as part of the loan process. Assist with loan closings and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Conduct legal research to support client transactions and inquiries. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provide guidance and training to junior associates as needed. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet tight deadlines effectively. Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active admission to the state bar. A minimum of 10 years of experience in banking law or a related field. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Certifications
Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. Skills
Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating financial documents. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
