Executive / Sr Administrative Assistant with potential to convert to FTE for the right individual who meets and exceeds performance and attendance expectationsNotes from Hiring Manager:Will support Managing Directors and DirectorsMust be able to work in a fast-paced environmentVery strong written and verbal communicationProfessional demeanorMost employees take public transportation however if the candidate needs parking it will be at their expenseWill work onsite 5 days a week during training with potential to work at home one day a week after training periodInterviews : Will start with a Zoom interview then second interview will be in person in the officeQualifications:Must have 5 years of experience supporting a Investment Banking Team of Managing Directors & DirectorsFinancial Services Industry Experience is a MustMust know Microsoft Suite including Outlook (Intermediate to expert level)Must have strong experience scheduling and booking domestic and international travelExperience processing expenses using an expense system (Chrome River knowledge preferred)Experience entering data into an investment banking CRM System (DealClound)Must have experience arranging Client dinners for the Investment Bankers and ClientsWill work on Miscellaneous Projects as neededJob Summary:Under limited supervision, uses specialized knowledge and skills obtained through experience and/or specialized training to provide advanced, diversified and confidential secretarial and administrative support to an assigned executive at the vice president or equivalent level with responsibility for a major organizational function. Guidance is provided to perform varied work that is somewhat difficult in character requiring evaluation, originality and ingenuity to make moderately complex decisions. Extensive contact with internal and external customers is required to identify, research, and resolve problems. May communicate information to internal or external customers to sell or service products.
