As a Client Strategist, you will work cross functionally with various internal departments to optimize and scale clients' TV advertising campaigns. You will become an expert for all-things Tatari (i.e. media buying strategy, measurement, etc.) and become a trusted advisor for your book of clients-you are not a salesperson. This position reports to the Director, Client Services.
Responsibilities:
Manage a small team of CSMs, including onboarding, mentoring, and providing guidance on client management. Develop the CSMs' career path internally.Manage post-sales relationships for a handful of client accounts as the primary contact and trusted advisor.Listen to clients needs, as well as identifying unknown or unmet needs.Become an expert of all-things Tatari and leverage internal subject matter experts (Engineering, Data Science, etc.) to help clients prioritize and solve problems.Guide clients through their TV advertising campaign, in coordination with our Media Buying team on a weekly basis.Spend a lot of time with clients (up to 10% travel) and building relationships with C-level executives.Qualifications:
8+ years in post-sales account management/client relationship support roles, including C-level interactions4+ years of experience managing a small team.Solid understanding of statistics3-5 years in project managementSolid understanding of linear TV buying and overall landscape, bonus for streamingAbility to clearly communicate technical terms and conceptsGreat presentation and listening skills--you come prepared to every meetingYou're at ease holding a conversation with an engineer or marketing manager. You're not a salesperson.Highly organized and detail orientedBonus: programmatic experience, advanced Excel skills, advanced data visualization abilitiesBachelor's degreeBenefits:
