Principal Network Architect II
to provide network architecture and design services for the Telecommunications Office (TCO) Networking environment for the United States Census Bureau while ensuring secure, reliable, and low latency networking. The Primary focus for this individual will be to support the following areas:Network Architecture and DesignSecurity Architecture and DesignUnified Communications Architecture and DesignAudio/ Visual Architecture and DesignThis position is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days at the customer site in Suitland, MD

Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff.Develop architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines in accordance with the organization's strategy and goals.Develop strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy.Advise on selection of technological purchases regarding processing, data storage, data access, and applications development.Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (SQL, ORACLE, SYBASE, etc.).Advise on feasibility of potential future projects to management.Track current plans, monitor and review the success of systems and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:
Must be a U.S. CitizenBachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten years of experience.Ability to hold a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance.Government contracting and program management experienceMust be customer-centric with a successful history in understanding/addressing customer needs and concerns to provide innovative, efficient, sustainable solutions for the program.Ability to work independentlyDemonstrated ability and experience managing multiple enterprise technical environments efficiently and effectively.Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Strong networking, relationship building and communication skillsExcellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.High standards of Ethics/Integrity.
