We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely closing of loans, working closely with various stakeholders to manage documentation and due diligence throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities:Assist Business Banking Front Line Units in closing client loans accurately and on time.Act as the primary "closer" by ensuring all due diligence is completed and accurate prior to loan booking and funding, including verification of insurance, appraisal, title work, Good Standing, UCC, and CRA requirements.Prepare legal loan documentation using bank templates and documentation tools, ensuring compliance with internal standards.Work closely with commercial underwriting, legal, and risk management teams to address and vet special loan closing conditions.Review large commercial loan documentation from outside counsel to ensure compliance with bank standards prior to booking and funding.Foster a collaborative office environment, engaging with team members and business partners effectively.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in loan documentation and understanding of financial covenant principles.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with HotDocs is a plus.Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with diverse business partners.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy in a metric-based environment.Proven track record of meeting monthly productivity, quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction metrics.Strong sense of urgency and customer service orientation.Ability to navigate and toggle between multiple systems, and suggest effective approaches to meet business needs.Paralegal experience is desirable and will be considered an asset.#INDSTRG
