Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler with a solid understanding of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards. The ideal candidate should be able to comprehend and assemble equipment from electrical design schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents. A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience is required, along with familiarity with electronic components such as transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, and connectors. The candidate must be proficient in using assembly tools such as manual and automatic wire strippers and crimpers, mechanical hand tools, soldering irons, and de-soldering equipment. Hand soldering expertise with both RoHS and non-RoHS solder is essential, as well as familiarity with ESD handling procedures. English fluency and the ability to move or handle 40 pounds unassisted are also required.

Responsibilities

Assemble equipment from electrical design schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical design documents.

Test electrical components on electronic circuit boards.

Utilize assembly tools including manual/automatic wire strippers and crimpers, mechanical hand tools, soldering irons, and de-soldering equipment.

Perform hand soldering with RoHS and non-RoHS solder.

Follow ESD handling procedures.

Handle and move up to 40 pounds unassisted.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Essential Skills

Knowledge of electrical test components on electronic circuit boards.

Ability to read and assemble from electrical design schematics and wiring diagrams.

Experience with electronic components such as transformers, transistors, capacitors, resistors, circuit boards, and connectors.

Proficiency in using assembly tools.

Hand soldering expertise with RoHS and non-RoHS solder.

Familiarity with ESD handling procedures.

English fluency.

Ability to move or handle 40 pounds unassisted.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in SMT Through Hole, electronic assembly, schematics, mechanical assembly, and blueprint reading.

Flexibility with assignments and willingness to volunteer for other assembly tasks.
