How you'll make an impact
Experience in a variety of Payroll & HRIS systems preferredExperience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations, with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identificationExperience in thoroughly researching and resolving tax agency noticesKnowledge of setting up state income, state unemployment, and local jurisdiction profiles for payroll utilizationKnowledge of payroll tax laws and regulationsAbility to provide payroll tax compliance assistance, guidance, and best practicesAbility to effectively build and maintain client relationships in a customer-centric environmentAbility to work in a virtual team environment or autonomously completing tasks accurately and efficiently to manage all client and vendor relationshipsProfessional and effective communication skillsFlexible work schedule to meet the demands of assigned clientsProficiency in Excel, including creating formulas and Pivot Tables and the use of VLOOKUP
About You
Previous experience in project management of implementations and other payroll/HRIS projectsAbility to develop and execute a project planPreferred experience with any major payroll/HRIS platform (e.g. ADP, Ceridian, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG, or Workday)Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas, Pivot Tables, and the use of VLOOKUPAttention to detail, problem-solving ability, and the ability to operate in a highly confidential settingExperience with payroll taxes and quarterly/annual reconciliations with the ability to troubleshoot issues resulting in root cause identification
