Candidates can sit out of anywhere in the United States.MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:At least 2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed environment in the Tech Industry.Omnichannel marketing management experience (Web, Email, Paid Social, etc.).Experience and comfortability working in a large cross-functional environment.At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Management.Description:The GBM Growth Marketing org is responsible for acquiring new advertisers for the business and supporting existing businesses by providing guidance that helps them succeed on the Ad platform. Our marketers own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, from brief to launch to analysis. We partner with creative teams (internal strategists and external agencies) and analytics experts (e.g., data science) to deliver this work and are supported by various enabling teams (e.g., marketing ops who coordinate launches and QA). Producer roles will vary depending on skills and evolving team needs.Responsibilities:Work with XFN teams to scope projects, create and maintain project plans, provide project status, handle feedback and ensure project outcomes are accurate and complete.Drive baseline relationships with key XFNs. Create transparency and clarity on projects and escalate pain points and solve issues directly.Own operational workflows and/or provide direct marketing support to advance strategy and execution of growth marketers, including coordinating campaign launches with marketing ops, supporting QA, and interfacing with tooling vendors.Lead the definition of project scope and the development of project plans and schedules to support the successful execution of global marketing campaigns and digital projects.Establish tracker, and organize, facilitate, and drive status meetings.Support marketing managers and designers, and drive collaboration amongst working team. Lead creative collaborations and assist with resource allocation.Track critical dates, manage task/project dependencies, and proactively communicate issues.Oversee ad-hoc projects that ladder up to supported team; drive end-to-end program management.Skills:Digital, Digital marketing, Marketing campaignAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Inherit and/or set KPIs and milestones to drive projects forward with minimal oversight.Navigate ambiguity and drive progress with diverse stakeholders.Anticipate and mitigate risks; escalate where necessary (e.g., when project falls off track).Communication - provide timely updates, and distill complex/operational work to meet needs of exec audience.Budget management.Data analysis skills (e.g., light Excel proficiency, SQL readability, etc.) a plus but not required.Required experience:5+ years' experience in marketing project management supporting digital campaigns (web, email, social, in-app). Work experience from enterprise-level companies with complex environments, ideally tech (need to be familiar with relevant product/marketing/sales relationship dynamics).
