The Vice President of Strategic Insights is responsible for delivering high-impact strategic insights for a global, multi-product, SaaS company. This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office).What will you be doing?
Collaboration with all various departments, including across products.Provide leadership and guidance to product employees.Building and growing an analytics and insights capability to serve the cross-product focus.What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.Ability to gather data from the market and customers to analytically determine business priorities.Ability to work across multiple teams to ensure end results.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strategic Thinking
Demonstrates a clear understanding of how changes in competitors, clients, regulatory decisions and market segments affect Auctane‘s business.Translates broad corporate strategies into clear, specific objectives and plans.Creates plans that address specific business objectives or challenges.Think two - three years ahead.

Proven success at building, developing, inspiring, and retaining a high-performing team of competitive minded professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment. Systematically develops employees through stretch assignments with specific development goals.
Additional Management Responsibilities:
Performance Management: setting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual development.Employee Life Cycle Management: headcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, termination.Governance: ensuring compliance to company policy/practice (e.g. attendance, behavior, workplace attire), ensuring compliance to employment law (e.g. time keeping, anti-harassment and diversity).Leadership: ensures availability to staff, team building, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships between individuals and departments, facilitating a healthy work/life mix, solicits and applies feedback (internal and external to team), self-improvement as a leader/manager of people.Culture Ambassador: proactively demonstrate and cultivate a culture of cooperative collaboration, strong work ethic, solutions-orientation, quality focus, results-orientation, relaxed/enjoyable atmosphere, team- and individual- celebration, and company/product pride.What will make you stand out?
Five or more (5+) years of Ecommerce experience is preferred.Familiarity with global technology and e-commerce platforms.Tech or Financial Services Experience.The Tech
