Personal Lines Account Manager (New Business).

What We're Looking For:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for all new business inquiries, handling walk-in customers and incoming calls related to personal lines insurance products. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in insurance sales who prefers an office-based role focused on converting leads rather than active outbound selling. Responsibilities:
Handle all new business inquiries for personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policiesProvide expert guidance and recommendations to potential clients based on their specific insurance needsExplain coverage options, policy terms, and pricing to prospects in a clear and concise mannerUtilize your sales acumen to effectively convert inquiries into new policiesProcess new policy applications and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accuratelyCollaborate with underwriting and other departments to facilitate smooth policy issuanceMaintain detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessaryStay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changesQualifications:
P&C LicenseCISR or CIC Designation a plusKnowledge of insurance products and usage including rating procedures, coverages, and industry operationsExperience with multiple insurance carriers and productsAbility to multi-task and prioritize with numerous interruptionsIntermediate computer skills - knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and emails required. Knowledge of Epic agency management system a plus.Important Financial Note :
This will be a base wage plus commission (rates depending on the lines of business written, but ranging from 10-25%)
