Job Description
MAKE UP FOR EVER, a subsidiary of LVMH, is looking for a
Financial, Planning & Analysis Associate , based in the
New York
City Office
and reporting to the
Director of Financial Planning & Analysis . This person will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, partnering with all key stakeholders throughout the organization.
What You’ll Do:
Support the preparation of monthly financial closings, including coordination with the accounting team, comprehensive analysis and reporting to HQ.
Participate in the preparation of all sales & financial forecasts, in collaboration with the commercial, marketing and operations teams.
Analyze the brand financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and growth.
Partner with local teams to develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, with a particular focus on marketing expenses.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.
Qualifications:Qualifications
Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
2 years of relevant financial planning or accounting experience
Interest/experience in beauty is a plus
Excellent communication skills, written & verbal – ability to partner with a variety of parties
Advanced Excel skills
Hands-on, organized, rigorous, detail oriented and data driven
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
Experience with Power BI, AX, Anaplan or similar products is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers.
