About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong accounting skills to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will work closely with the owner, managing daily office operations, payroll, invoicing, and assisting with property management tasks. We value an eagerness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Payroll:
Manage payroll, invoicing, and financial records.
Administrative Support:
Assist the owner with day-to-day tasks, including managing emails, scheduling, and organizing office operations.
Property Oversight:
Maintain records and documents related to our various properties (property management experience is a plus, but not required).
Office Management:
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proficient in
QuickBooks
and general accounting practices.
Strong
organizational
and
time-management
skills; must be detail-oriented and task-focused.
Tech-savvy, with a comfort in using various software and tools.
Positive, proactive morning person with an eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
Bonus Skills:
Experience in property management
Previous experience as a personal assistant or office manager.
