We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience in managing projects within an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will support project managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to Agile principles.ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.Agile Support:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring that all team members are engaged and contributing.Documentation Management:
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting notes, and reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.Communication:
Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues that arise.Tracking and Reporting:
Utilize project management tools to track progress, manage tasks, and generate status reports for stakeholders.Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating them to the project manager and helping to devise mitigation strategies.Continuous Improvement:
