POSITION SUMMARYAs a leading global provider, this key position is responsible for coverage across all federal, state, intelligence community, and commercial market segments to support the range of Constellis' synergistic services. Under the supervision of the Vice President of Business Development and Capture and working with operational leadership, the Senior Capture Manager is responsible for developing and executing win strategies for pursuits in the Mission Support Services (MSS) business unit. The MSS business unit includes operations and maintenance, base operations support, vehicle fleet maintenance and construction, advanced training, logistics and life support, crisis response, UAV, and security technology and infrastructure This position will be responsible for developing capture campaigns that include comprehensive strategies for customer engagement, teaming, solution development, stakeholder engagement, win plans, capture plans, key personnel acquisition, subjection matter expertise, and budget management to accomplish the highest probability of win. The Senior Capture Manager will support proposal and business development teams by building and leading our pipeline of opportunities, creating and vetting win strategies, reviewing proposal content, and supporting other activities as needed. The position requires a Hybrid work schedule out of our Herndon, VA office.RESPONSIBILITIESIdentify and qualify new business and maintains a pipeline aligned with the annual operating planResponsible for pipeline identification, qualification and management, opportunity development, capture management, and proposal supportAdvance assigned opportunities through the business development lifecycleQualify new business opportunities to include analysis of customer budget, capabilities, customer preferences, competitive environment, and incumbent intelligence gatheringManage full pipeline of opportunities in varying size range including task orders issued under existing IDIQ contracts or other government wide contract vehiclesPrepare and implements effective customer call plansManage customer and stakeholder engagementPrepare detailed competitor analysesIdentify qualified teaming partnersDevelop pricing strategies in coordination with the Pricing ManagerDevelop and implements effective win strategies and capture plans to profitably grow new business and retain existing businessSupport development of all proposal volumes, including the cost volume narrativeWork closely with the solution and proposal development organization to formulate compelling management and technical solutions and winning proposals and ensure quality and timeliness of all submissions, including technical and cost proposalsCollaborate with the project teams on contract performance and customer feedbackCoordinate development of communications/marketing campaigns supporting capture efforts

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required6-8 years of capture management experience preferably in physical securityPrevious project or program management experience (preferred)Multi-disciplined experience leading winning U.S. Government captures (>$50M) for international and domestic security services opportunitiesPrevious project or program management experience (preferred)Familiarity with capture tools (GovWin IQ, Salesforce, etc.)Proficient with government opportunity databases (SAM.gov, FPDS, etc.)Ability to synthesize requirements and present business cases for action/corporate response in a clear, concise, focused mannerEffective oral and written communication skillsComputer proficient and experienced with the full Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM

WORKING CONDITIONSWork is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are Monday-Friday standard core hours, however some extended or weekend hours may be required.-
