Located in Pasadena, CA we are a growing estate planning law firm looking for a Senior Estate Planning attorney to join our team and hit the ground running!We offer a comprehensive compensation package including but not limited to:A base salary ranging from 130K-160K with large bonus opportunitiesLarge bonusesHealth benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401K + 4% matchResponsibilities:Conduct consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.Advise clients on estate planning options, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and other related legal instruments.Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.Assist clients with asset protection, tax planning, and strategies for wealth transfer.Represent clients in probate court and handle all necessary documentation and filings.Collaborate with financial advisors, tax professionals, and other experts to develop comprehensive estate plans.Stay updated on changes in estate, probate, tax, and trust laws to provide current legal guidance to clients.Manage a caseload of estate planning and probate matters, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity while handling sensitive client information.MUST HAVE:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active state bar licensure in California.3+ of experience practicing estate planning or probate law.In-depth knowledge of estate, probate, and tax law as it relates to estate planning.NICE TO HAVE:State Bar Certified Specialist in Trust, Wills & ProbateKnowledge of income, gift and estate tax lawsNotary PublicIf this sounds like a good fit for you, please apply through the link or email roxy.kupfert@ with your updated resume!
