We are a growing estate planning law firm seeking a Senior Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including:Base salary ranging from 130K-160K with bonus opportunitiesHealth benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision)401K + 4% matchResponsibilities:Conduct consultations with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.Advise clients on estate planning options and legal instruments.Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents.Assist clients with asset protection, tax planning, and wealth transfer strategies.Represent clients in probate court and handle necessary documentation and filings.Collaborate with financial advisors and tax professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.Stay updated on changes in estate, probate, and tax laws.Manage a caseload of estate planning and probate matters.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active state bar licensure.3+ years of experience practicing estate planning or probate law.In-depth knowledge of estate, probate, and tax law.If this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply with your updated resume!
