- Conduct thorough analysis of employment records to support case development.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and before regulatory agencies, handling all phases of litigation.
- Participate actively in depositions, hearings, trials, and other critical litigation events.
- Work directly with subject-matter experts to reinforce case positions.
- Perform in-depth legal and employment-related research to support case strategies.
- Prepare and draft motions and other legal documents as needed.
- Maintain open and effective communication with clients, providing clear and confident legal guidance.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure coordinated case management.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
