Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office and executive team. The successful candidate will manage administrative tasks, maintain office systems, and provide support to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to effectively assist in a variety of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsPrepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentationsMaintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as necessaryFile and organize documents, both physical and electronicAssist with preparing for meetings, including setting up rooms and organizing materialsPerform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopyingCoordinate office events and activities as requestedHandle confidential information with discretionAssist in special projects and other tasks as assignedQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferredProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of office procedures and basic office equipment
