Title: Business Data Analyst
Location: Basking Ridge, NJ, Lake Mary, FL or Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 24 Months
Working Model: Hybrid 2 days every week (either Tues/Wed or Tues/Thurs)
Job Description:
In this role, you will be supporting client Business Markets FP&A.
This position will support sales quota and compensation strategy.
You are considered a critical partner to the Sales organization and a driver of business performance.
You'll become involved in, but not limited to, quota modeling, scenario analysis, and sales incentive effectiveness analysis.
You can have a direct impact on the business by helping executive level Sales leaders drive top line growth.
Responsibilities:
•
Building and assessing alternative quota zone models• Analyzing impacts to sales rep payouts• Providing support for sales compensation strategy projects• Evaluating complex business performance issues and serving as a functional specialist providing strategic guidance and insight to driving profitable growth• Assessing the impact of strategic financial decisions and presenting recommendations to leadership
What we're looking for...• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.• Four or more years of relevant work experience.• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools.• Strong data analysis skills, including scenario/"what-if" analysis• Attention to detail
Even better if you have one or more of the following:• Experience supporting a Sales organization and with Quota setting/modeling• Proficiency in SQL with an understanding of report query and design• Strategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations
