Financial Analyst

This position will support sales quota and compensation strategy. The ideal candidate will be considered a critical partner to the Sales organization and a driver of business performance. They will be involved in, but not limited to, quota modeling, scenario analysis, and sales incentive effectiveness analysis. They can have a direct impact on the business by helping executive level Sales leaders drive top line growth.What you will be doing as a Business/Financial Analyst:Building and assessing alternative quota zone modelsAnalyzing impacts to sales rep payoutsProviding support for sales compensation strategy projectsEvaluating complex business performance issues and serving as a functional specialist providing strategic guidance and insight to driving profitable growthAssessing the impact of strategic financial decisions and presenting recommendations to leadershipWhat they are looking in a Business/Financial Analyst:Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.Four or more years of relevant work experience.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools.Strong data analysis skills, including scenario/"what-if" analysisAttention to detailGood to have:Experience supporting a sales organization and with Quota setting/modelingProficiency in SQL with an understanding of report query and designStrategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations
