Summary:In this role, you will be supporting Client's Business Markets FP&A. This position will support sales quota and compensation strategy. You are considered a critical partner to the Sales organization and a driver of business performance. You'll become involved in, but not limited to, quota modeling, scenario analysis, and sales incentive effectiveness analysis. You can have a direct impact on the business by helping executive level Sales leaders drive top line growth.
Responsibilities:
Building and assessing alternative quota zone modelsAnalyzing impacts to sales rep payoutsProviding support for sales compensation strategy projectsEvaluating complex business performance issues and serving as a functional specialist providing strategic guidance and insight to driving profitable growthAssessing the impact of strategic financial decisions and presenting recommendations to leadership
What we're looking for...You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or four or more years of work experience.Four or more years of relevant work experience.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite with strong knowledge of Excel and digital tools.Strong data analysis skills, including scenario/"what-if" analysisAttention to detail
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
Experience supporting a sales organization and with Quota setting/modelingProficiency in SQL with an understanding of report query and designStrategic skills, with the proven ability to identify and assess key points, implications, and recommendations
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
