Experis Game Solutions is seeking a Development Lead to join their team. As a Development Lead, you will be part of the software development team supporting video game testing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for video games.
Job Title: Development Lead
Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid)
What's the Job?
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of testing frameworks, tools, and automated test scripts. Collaborate with QA testers and developers to identify testing requirements. Ensure the effective integration of testing tools and processes into the development lifecycle. Oversee the execution of automated and manual test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all game features and functionalities. Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve them promptly. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Development Lead or similar role in the video game industry. Strong technical background with proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or Java. Extensive experience with game development engines and frameworks, such as Unity or Unreal Engine. In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. What's in it for me?
