QA Engineer

Our client in the Financial Services industry is seeking a QA Engineer to join their team. As a QA Engineer, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of software testing methodologies, and experience with test automation tools.

What's the Job?
Lead and mentor QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Define and implement quality assurance processes, best practices, and metrics.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies based on project requirements.
Oversee the design, development, and execution of automated and manual test cases.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer with leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress) and frameworks.
Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
