The Executive Assistant with Data Collection Expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the executive office at The Rallye Motor Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record assistant supporting multiple C-Level executives, exceptional organizational abilities, and advanced data analysis and spreadsheet skills. This role demands a high level of discretion, efficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-store, luxury automotive dealership environment.
Pay Range:
$65,000 - $85,800
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
Gather and aggregate data to identify trends and insights that inform business strategies.Assist in the development of business reports and performance metrics.Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Participate in meetings, documenting discussions and follow-up actions.Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to analyze and present data for executive decision-making.Administrative Support:
Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.Perform minor accounting duties, such as expense reports, event budget tracking, etc.Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring follow-up on action items.Support executives in various projects, coordinating tasks and timelines.Conduct research and compile information to assist with strategic initiatives.Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events, client meetings, and special projects.Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication across departments.Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports for executives.Support training and onboarding processes for new team members.Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant preferably in a luxury automotive or high-end retail environmentEducation: BA degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field, or, in lieu of the degree, 5 years of relevant work experience may be considered.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workplace (formerly G-Suite), for creating and editing spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, etc.Windows Computer knowledge, Apple device knowledge.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at different levels of the organization.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.Preferred Requirements
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is an advantage.Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.Valid driver's licenseBenefits
