Position SummaryDo you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment? Do you love conquering your to-do list, while helping others crush theirs? Our customer is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant/Operations Specialist to support our companys CEO and founder. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a problem solver, a great communicator, and detail oriented.Because of the location/time zone of the executives this role supports, there is a strong preference for candidates based in Dallas, TX.What You Will DoBe the primary support for our C-suite leaders. Assist other team members as neededHeavy calendar management using Google calendar in a rapid and ever-changing environmentCoordinate both internal and external conference calls, meetings, and eventsSet up travel and accommodationsComplete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem solving and making adjustments to plansServe as the face of the company on behalf of your executives and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contactsPlan and execute on-site and off-site meetings, dinners, and events for the team
Minimum QualificationsMaintain professionalism and strict confidentiality at all timesOutstanding communicatorExtremely organizedDetail oriented and results-driven producerFast learner who searches for answers and doesnt need to be told themA strong sense of urgencyStrong technical skills: Google calendar, Google suite, Outlook, Powerpoint, Expensify, Salesforce, WorkdayA passion for helping people and solving problemsStart up experience preferred, but not required
