Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support multiple directors and C-suite executives for a leading Cybersecurity solutions company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in executive support, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience- 8-10+ years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite individuals- Must have experience supporting multiple directors and C suite individuals at a time- Global experience- Industry background in cybersecurity or software- Calendar/event management- Extremely professional, good communication skills, and ability to take initiative
Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Involvement in IPO or acquisition
