Majority of the time indoors in air-conditioned areas.SummaryAs a Sales BDC, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customers via leads in the forms of but not limited to internet, phone and visits to the dealership. Providing outstanding customer service skills alongside having the goal to schedule or assist the customer.Essential FunctionsFollowing and maintain relationship with former customersMonitoring and contacting internet leadsPhone calls throughout the day of incoming and outbound callsDetermining each customer’s vehicle needs by active listeningLearning, understanding and following call and email scriptsSetting, confirming and following up on appointmentsPerforming survey with customersOther duties as requiredAssisting and working alongside the Sales teamSpeak to in-market consumers to evaluate vehicle wants and needsDiscuss available vehicle in each segmentAsk investigating questions to understand customer’s wants and needs bestAssist consumers in selecting vehicles that will fit their lifestyleAssist consumers with loan application, if necessaryAssist consumers with trade-in questions / offers as necessaryMinimum QualificationsTo be able to track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotiveExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customersStrong multi-tasking and organization skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorPassionate about the automotive industry and new vehicles in general.Familiarity with the new makes and models available today.Computer Savvy with the ability to manage multiple applications at once.Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.Desire to help others and assist them in reaching their goals.Communications And Interpersonal SkillsMust have excellent written and oral communication skillsThe ability to maintain a positive, good-natured attitude is essentialComfortable with interacting with customers, speaking on a public address system, and using automotive computer systemsAbility to read and comprehend instructions and informationAbility to meet company’s production and quality standards.Location:Mataga of Stockton3261 Auto Center CircleStockton, CA 95212QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentLicensesDriver’s LicenseSales License (Or can be obtain upon hiring)This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
