Job Description:Join the UF Health Development Data & Operations Management Team as a

Data Management Analyst I . In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the strategic objectives of UF Health and the College of Medicine Advancement, preparing, developing, and modifying complex datasets. This role is key to facilitating data-driven decision-making for UF Central Advancement stakeholders. The Data Management Analyst will provide development, testing, and support throughout the report development lifecycle. About This Role

Data Writing & Reporting

Maintain records of research methods and results.Assist in designing databases for research data collection, tracking, and reporting.Participate in proposal writing and funding searches; help develop and present training programs under the Associate Director for Data Management & Operations.Apply principles and theories of inferential statistics.Data Analysis

Complete a range of analyses and reports using inferential statistical measures commonly used in their field, modifying measures as needed.Interpret results of these analyses and provide explanation for variances in measures used for program or

research recommendations.Consult with the Associate Director for Data Management & Operations on statistical sampling techniques,

database alternatives, and on organizing and conducting analyses of operations or research activities.Help determine the modification of computerized statistical packages that compile or manipulate data, and the application of the packages to such data.Data Tracking & Support

Develop data collection instruments and methods for evaluating research and operational data under the Associate Director for Data Management & Operations.Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data for statistical and analytical reports.Maintain computerized collection and tracking of relevant data.Develop, maintain, and ensure quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.Utilize specified statistical software to analyze and interpret research data, as appropriate to the individual

position.Prepare statistical and narrative reports and recommendations and participate in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.The University of Florida recognizes the value of telecommuting in fostering a flexible work environment. Expected Salary:$60,000 - $62,000

Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area of specialization.

Preferred Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and at of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in programming, database management or data collection; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The ability to work strategically, develop and implement constituency programs and activities, along with a talent for motivating volunteers.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Office 365, and experience with report and dashboard development usingSalesforce Ascend Reports, CRM Analytics, and/or Tableau, Cognos, Snowflake.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and a customer service-oriented approach.Experience in higher education advancement/fundraising is preferred.Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose
