Cleveland Clinic Florida is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Physician Recruiter/Sourcer to join our Office of Physician Recruitment team. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to one of the world's leading healthcare institutions.

A caregiver in this position works the day shift from 8:00am - 5:00pm.

This position is open to candidates who reside in Ohio or Florida.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

Source and recruit top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers across various specialties.

Utilize multiple platforms and strategies to identify, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates.

Research and explore new avenues for sourcing talent, including leveraging AI-driven tools and innovative recruitment technologies.

Collaborate closely with the physician recruitment team and department leaders to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment with Cleveland Clinic's mission.

Maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive engagement and database management.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Bachelor's degree in business, a science specialization field or a related field.

Valid driver's license (VDL).

3 years of related recruitment experience. 5 additional years of experience may substitute the bachelor's degree requirement.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

Very strong sourcing experience targeting Physicians.

Very strong healthcare sourcing skillset, able to provide metrics of # of conversion of prospects moved to candidates/offers.

Experience with multiple sourcing platforms (Social Media, ATS Systems, other recruitment tools, etc).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.

Ability to travel throughout the hospital system. For some roles, ability to travel to other locations, including international travel.

Ability to operate a computer, audio visual and other office equipment.

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information, including the ability to deliver any applicable training in person and virtually.

In some locations, ability to move up to 25 lbs.

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $30.41

Maximum hourly: $46.38

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
