Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our team, responsible for assembling complex electro-mechanical products while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will work with various tools and techniques to fasten parts, follow provided work instructions, execute test protocols, and support additional tasks as required. This role is essential in maintaining product quality and consistency while contributing to a safe and efficient workplace.Key Responsibilities:Assemble complex electro-mechanical products according to provided work instructions.Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to fasten parts accurately.Execute basic test protocols to verify functionality.Assist in identifying necessary updates or improvements to assembly procedures.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and quality standards.Inspect assembled products for quality purposes, including peer review of others' work.Provide support to other departments as needed (e.g., Logistics, Material handling, Prototype assembly).Report any safety issues or hazards to the supervisor.Qualifications:High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.Prior experience in mechanical assembly, with an understanding of handling static-sensitive electrical components.Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.Understanding of standard personal protective equipment (PPE) practices.Physical capability to lift at least 50 lbs and frequently ascend and descend multiple-step ladders.Preferred qualifications:Experience in automotive or autonomous vehicle assembly.Professional soldering experience
