This position is located with Bonneville Power Administration (BPA), in Transmission Commercial System Process and Implementation (TSRF), Transmission Commercial System Management (TSR), Transmission Marketing and Sales (TS), Transmission Services (T).

A successful candidate in the Public Utilities Specialist (Scheduling Program Manager) position will serve as the Scheduling Program Manager.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

A qualified candidate's resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) in the Federal service.

Specialized experience for this position is defined as:Planning, leading, and executing complex projects related to long-term planning for, development and implementation of commercial business processes carried out via the e-tagging or scheduling related systems;Providing expert technical advice and making recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical planning and scheduling program issues;Identifying and developing ways to resolve policy and process problems which directly affect the accomplishment of program goals and objectives.
