Position Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director for Enrollment Systems, the Enrollment Systems Analyst will support the Division of Enrollment Services & Student Success (ESSS) through various systems and platforms used for enrollment management. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison across functional areas and IT staff to maintain CRM best practices and ensure data integrity. Supporting the development of CRM customization, development, and training materials that align with strategic enrollment goals of the university will be primary focuses for this role.
As a Slate Administrator, the successful candidate will also perform a variety of tasks to execute efficient solutions that facilitate business operations related to enrollment services and the student experience. This position will assist in the building, testing, implementation, and maintenance of processes and CRM functionalities used by ESSS departments and other campus partners.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with key campus stakeholders to maximize the use of Slate and its integration with existing technologies to improve the student experience.
Implement enhancements to the functionality of Slate to ensure the system is following best practices defined by Technolutions.
Remain current with new features or opportunities related to Slate to assist in attaining enrollment goals through recruitment and retention initiatives.
Maintain user training and reference materials and documents.
Provide operational support to various departments within ESSS as it relates to the development and maintenance of the Slate system.
Coordinate with Strategic Communications on the production of targeted communications that will contribute to the overall enrollment management communication stream.
Assist with testing processes to ensure accurate data sharing between Banner and Slate that will minimize data inaccuracies.
Troubleshoot and maintain CRM, software, and database systems within ESSS.
Assist with ongoing data auditing and cleanup to support the identification and solution of data issues.
Support other new enrollment services initiatives and other duties as assigned.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
One (1) year of professional experience related to duties and responsibilities.
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Three (3) years of experience within Enrollment Management at a college or university.
Experience with Ellucian Banner and/or Slate.
