This role can be fully Remote or based at one of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA, in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible).Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our P&C team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining our Workday platform, reports, and configurations to support our HRIS initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday HCM, a strong understanding of Workday processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Essential Job Functions
Configuration and Business Alignment:
Configure Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, and Finance to meet the business requirements.Develop and maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.Identify opportunities for automation and the reduction of manual processes.Report Development:
Design and develop complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer, and Matrix reports.Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, scheduled and custom reports.Optimize and enhance existing reports for performance and usability.Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through Workday reporting tools.Audit report output and maintain data integrity.System Support:
Provide technical support for Workday integrations, EIB's, Web Services, configurations, reports, and other integration tools.Lead testing activities, deployment, Workday enhancements, and migration of new configuration.Troubleshoot and resolve issues timely to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.Perform regular system audits, data validations, and confirm data integrity.Ensure all integrations are scalable and adhere to best practices.Collaboration and Project Management:
Participate in project planning, management, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Workday projects.Provide training support to the P&C team to maximize the value of Workday applications.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Workday releases, features, and best practices.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the Workday platform.Additional Duties:
Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Workday Functional Analyst or similar role.Skills:
Solid understanding of HR business processes, systems, and best practices.Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.Strong technical skills in EIBs, web services, and other integration tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.Physical Demands and Special Requirements:

Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations).This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.We operate with No Ego and No Arrogance.
