This role can be fully Remote based in the US or at one of our US locations: Denver, CO; Phoenix, AZ; Santa Clara, CA; or Ashburn, VA, in alignment with our flexible work policy. (3 days on site required, 2 days flexible). Vantage Data Centers is seeking an experienced Workday Lead Analyst to join our HR team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Workday integrations, reports, and configurations to support our HR and Finance functions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Workday, a strong understanding of HR and Finance processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Essential Job Functions
System Maintenance and Support:Support and test Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Performance and Reporting, Adaptive Planning/Finance.Maintain Workday business processes and security configurations.Create and maintain calculated fields, condition rules, and custom reports to meet business requirements.Prepare configurations for deployment through unit testing and facilitation of user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth operation of Workday systems.Perform regular system audits, data validations, and ensure data integrity.Report Development:Design and develop complex Workday reports using Workday Report Writer.Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through Workday reporting tools.Create and design sophisticated reports and dashboards.Collaboration and Project Management:Participate in project planning, management, and execution to ensure successful delivery of Workday projects.Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the value of Workday applications.Integration Development:Build and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder), Web Services, data mapping and other integration tools.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional and technical specifications, and implement integration solutions.Ensure all integrations are robust, scalable, and adhere to best practices.Continuous Improvement:Oversee Workday releases, verify system updates, evaluate changes and their impact on current company configurations, test business processes, and ensure seamless business continuity.Provide technical support for other P&C systems.Additional Duties:Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.Job Requirements
Education:Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant experience.Experience:3-5 years of experience as a Workday Technical Developer or similar role.Skills:Strong technical skills in Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services, and other integration tools.Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Advanced reports, and custom report development.Solid understanding of HR and Finance business processes and best practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and processes.Strong organizational and time management skills.Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.Physical Demands and Special Requirements

Salary Range: $120,000 - $130,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations).This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.Vantage Data Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
