For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in the United States or Canada.About the opportunityAs part of Dayforce’s Global Payroll Product team, you will lead a team of highly skilled product managers located throughout North America and Mexico. In this pivotal role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our payroll product, ensuring they meet the needs of our global and diverse customer base while aligning with industry standards and compliance regulations. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and user-friendly payroll solutions that enhance our customers' experience and streamline their operations. You should be comfortable managing internal and external executive level stakeholders and have the ability to navigate complex, competing priorities. You are imaginative, innovative, data-driven and relentless in driving features to completion. You anchor your decisions in strategy and defend them with data. If you want to be part of a team where innovation fuels your world and career growth is abundant, choose Dayforce.What you'll get to doHelp define strategy for Global Payroll and push initiatives forward with passion and enthusiasm.Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to effectively communicate global payroll strategy and ensure open lines of communication are established for the working team.Enable product managers to develop a roadmap that aligns with company and product vision.Engage with customers by conducting user research, gather insight and maintain relationships with key customers to inform product decisions.Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.Stay apprised of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge.Mentor and develop a high performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Skills and Experience we value7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years of leading product management teams.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products or solutions; HCM experience is a plus.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Superior communication skills verbally and in writing are a must-have, including being comfortable with internal and external executive teams.Exceptional self-awareness and influencing skills.Relationship building skills with internal/external stakeholders.Desire to travel for customer and internal meetings.What’s in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
