As the Senior Vice President of Sales (Americas) at Zapcom, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing our sales strategy. You’ll lead, mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and spearheading market expansion. In this role, you’ll also foster strong customer relationships while continuously improving the overall sales journey. You will be responsible for ensuring that every step of the sales process is flawlessly executed, delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for customers from initial engagement onward.
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Strategy :
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets.
Create performance metrics and KPIs to monitor and optimize sales effectiveness.
Drive business expansion into new verticals and markets, identifying opportunities for market penetration.
Revenue Growth & Management:
Own the region’s overall revenue generation process, including pipeline development, forecasting, and achieving aggressive sales goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to drive data-informed decision-making.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and deliver a seamless customer experience throughout the sales funnel.
Should work on the multibillion-dollar Targets to ensure consistent growth and expansion.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, sales or a related field.
15+ years of experience in sales and business development.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building scalable sales operations in competitive markets
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performing teams.
Strong network within the tech industry and familiarity with market dynamics across multiple verticals.
Must have strong track record in executing sales for software service oriented organizations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Deep understanding of the any domain to be specified, industry and its evolving needs.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Ability to travel extensively throughout the Americas region.
