We work with more than 2,800 institutions to drive transformative change through data-driven insights and best-in-class capabilities.The Role in Brief:EAB’s research programs offer strategic guidance at scale. EAB research helps partners educate stakeholders at their organization, make research-informed decisions, and enhance the implementation speed of recommended practices.As a Coordinator, you will support our Research by connecting partners to our team of experts, ensuring processes are running smoothly, and meeting key deadlines.Primary Responsibilities:Act as an internal and external liaison for EABCollaborate across teams and divisions to provide high-quality, seamless customer serviceIdentify and manage engagement events for the department and central operations teamOversee logistics for key department communications and initiatives, including leadership weekly updates, town halls, special events, etc.Work with operations team to manage schedules, content, speakers, session notes and materials, etc. for continuous training workOversee the onboarding process for new department hiresCollaborate with team managers on department communicationsManage other administrative duties and special projects as neededBasic Qualifications:Excellent academic recordBachelor’s DegreeMust possess at least two of the following:Customer service experienceExperience working in a team environmentExperience in an office settingLeadership experienceIdeal Qualifications:Ability to work independently and autonomouslyProven ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectationsProven ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platformsSolution-focused problem solvingExperience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goalsProven experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyDiscretion with sensitive material and communicationsExperience with ExcelCommitment to valuing diversity, practicing inclusive behaviors, and contributing to an equitable working and continual learning environment in support of EAB’s DE&I PromiseCompensation:The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.Consistent with our belief that our employees are our most valuable resource, EAB offers a competitive and inclusive benefits package.This opening is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time; EAB will thus consider candidates who possess U.S. work authorization that does not require employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.At EAB, we believe that to fulfill our mission to “make education smarter and our communities stronger” we need team members who bring a diversity of perspectives to the table and are committed to fostering a workplace where each team member is valued, respected and heard.EAB is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we make employment decisions on the basis of qualifications, merit and business need.
