We partner with leaders and practitioners to accelerate progress and drive results across enrollment, student success, institutional strategy, data analytics, and advancement.As a department Coordinator for Forage, you would be responsible for the day-to-day workings of the leaders you support, a team of experts who partner with all businesses to address strategic objectives. Your assistance will be needed in calendaring and meeting management and special projects, but this job is very much about people.As an integral member of the Forage Operations team, the Coordinator will gain experience and expertise in business operations. The Coordinator will serve as a liaison, information resource, and key point of contact.This hire may be based in Washington, D.C.; Richmond VA; or open to remote employment in the continental U.S.Primary Responsibilities:Act as an internal and external liaison for ForageCollaborate across internal teams and divisions to provide high-quality, seamless customer serviceMaintain leaders’ calendars (estimated 3-4 calendars, may flex up as needed)Identify and manage engagement events for the department and central operations teamOversee logistics for key department communications and initiativesWork with team to manage schedules, content, speakers, session notes, and materials for all continuous training work in ForageCollaborate with team managers on department communicationsManage other administrative duties and special projects as neededBasic Qualifications:Excellent academic recordBachelor’s DegreeMust possess at least two of the following:Experience working in a team environmentExperience in an office settingIdeal Qualifications:Ability to work independently and autonomouslyProven ability to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectationsProven ability to manage and troubleshoot basic technology platformsSolution-focused problem solvingExperience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goalsProven experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyDiscretion with sensitive material and communicationsExperience with ExcelCommitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an equitable working environmentCompensation:The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
