A law firm seeks a dedicated Client Concierge/Intake Attorney to join its downtown San Diego office. This in-person role focuses on handling the intake of new clients, assisting with initial consultations, and managing the onboarding process while collaborating with the legal team to match clients with appropriate litigators. This position provides an opportunity to make a significant impact by being the first point of contact for prospective clients and ensuring they receive the best possible service. General legal knowledge of family law, probate, trust, and estate matters is beneficial but not required, as the firm offers training for the right candidate.Duties:Conduct telephone consultations and gather client information during intake sessions.Identify legal issues, financial resources, and other case-related details.Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients by setting up accounts in the firm’s software systems.Collaborate with the legal team to match clients with suitable attorneys based on their needs.Provide excellent client service, ensuring that clients feel supported and understood.Assist with other tasks as assigned by management or partners.Work effectively within a team-oriented and solution-focused environment.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in family law or related fields.Strong time management and organizational skills.Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently.Excellent writing and communication abilities.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities.Commitment to delivering superior client service.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in California (required).Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Ability to analyze legal issues and provide clear, effective counsel during consultations.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and support staff.This is an ideal role for an attorney who enjoys working directly with clients and is committed to providing high-quality legal intake services in a fast-paced environment.
