Technology should support the business, and the business should support the people.About The Position:The Cloud Engineer will primarily support organizations in their efforts to migrate to Office 365 and/or upgrade their existing Office 365 services. In addition, the candidate should have hands-on, working knowledge of implementing and configuring Microsoft Intune. The successful candidate will have significant knowledge of the Office 365 platform and services, proven service configuration and troubleshooting skills, as well as knowledge of on-premises infrastructure. Experience with Microsoft 365 migrations and some hands-on knowledge of IaaS migrations to Azure and/or AWS is a plus. The engineer will support the Project Manager in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execution of the migration while delivering high customer satisfaction.Technical implementation and initial support of Office 365 tenantsDesign, architecture, configuration, and migration best practices for Office 365 environmentsProvide consultation and hands-on implementation support for Office 365 migrationsSupport the Project Manager in gathering and analyzing requirements, solution design, and execution of the migrationTroubleshoot and develop solution paths for migrations and new configurations for customersMentor, train, and troubleshoot with peer engineers on Office 365 implementations and migrationsProvide on-demand guidance to engineers on the team when issues and questions occurDevelop and maintain Office 365 governance documentation and PowerShell scripts with product owners & peer engineersPartner with IT and other external workgroups for the integration of applications that support Office 365 solutionsAssist staff with troubleshooting complex technical issues experienced by internal and external customersProvide training on Office 365 solution offerings, as well as IT orientation and security trainingProvide technical support and maintain uptime as defined within IT acceptable standardsAddress production issues experienced by Office 365 usersQualifications

Experience in setup, hardening, and configuration of Office 365 tenantsExperience with migrations using native Microsoft tools and 3rd party migration toolsAdministrative and configuration experience with Microsoft 365's Cloud suite including Office, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and OneDriveExperience in creating and maintaining technical documentationExperience in implementing Microsoft Entra/AD, Entra Connect/Azure AD ConnectExperience in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO)Working knowledge of troubleshooting and configuration of various Exchange servers and Exchange OnlineAdministrative and configuration knowledge of Active DirectoryHands-on setup and configuration knowledge of Windows Server (various versions)Experience with mail security platforms (Mimecast, Proofpoint, etc.)Experience in hardening Office 365 and mail security platforms environmentsExperience configuring and maintaining Microsoft Intune for device management, application deployment, policy enforcement, and security settingsStrong communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work after hours when neededFlexible work hours (90% remote work)Preferred Qualifications:
