WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
This full-time directing role receives
competitive pay
of $82,957 - $108,807/year and excellent benefits, including:
12 Paid Holidays
22 days of PTO (1st year, increases thereafter)

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS AS AN INFANT TODDLER PROGRAM DIRECTOR MATTER
As the Infant Toddler Program Director at Holly Ridge Center, you lead with purpose and vision. You collaborate with the executive leadership team, shaping growth strategies and advocating for birth-to-three services. You support and guide your interdisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and family-centered approach to early support services. In program management, you ensure compliance and oversee performance metrics, aligning services with Holly Ridge's standards, values ,
and mission. Engaging with community partners strengthens networks and promotes the value of early support for children and their families. Through it all, you champion Holly Ridge's commitment to being a trusted neurodevelopmental resource in the community and changing the lives of children along the way.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field (preferred) OR equivalent nonprofit experience with four (4) or more years of successful program leadership may be considered
6+ years of direct experience working within Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) or a related program
Strong understanding of child development; licensed clinical experience is a plus
Ability to work closely and foster strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, parents, school administrators, program officers, donors, and elected officials
Demonstrated history of creating new and innovative opportunities for program growth
Knowledge of IDEA Part C and Part B
Experienced in community development, including building partnerships, negotiating Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and other collaborative processes
Skilled in leading diverse teams and promoting a culture of cooperation, growth, and empowerment
Ability to model exemplary integrity and organizational values
Valid Washington State driver ' s license, reliable transportation, and proof of required liability Insurance

Holly Ridge Center ' s Infant Toddler Program (ITP) is a neurodevelopmental center providing Early Support Services for children ages birth to three. Our program supports families with education and training so that each child gets the best start possible. With many kids needing no further support after age three, our impact is lasting!
Our pediatric staff has extensive, specialized experience and training. Our team members provide a variety of services in homes and natural environments using a family-centered approach throughout Kitsap and North Mason Counties.
Our team values collaboration across disciplines, work-life balance, flexible hybrid options, and manageable caseloads. New hires receive full support through mentorship and professional growth opportunities, including paid memberships and re-licensing.
